Effective date: 12 October 2026
Clear terms for using IndexHaven, managing your websites and choosing a plan.
Questions or requests: contact@codeupp.xyz.
These terms govern access to the IndexHaven website, dashboard, monitoring features, tools and reports. In these terms, IndexHaven, we and us refer to the service offered under the IndexHaven name; you means the account holder or the organisation you are authorised to represent. Contact us at contact@codeupp.xyz for service and contractual questions.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business or client, you must have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Please retain a copy of the terms that apply when you register or purchase a plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account details and use an email address you control. Email ownership must be verified before access to private workspaces. You can use a password, passwordless email links, or both for the same account.
Keep your email account, passwords, sign-in links and sessions secure. Do not share single-use links or use another person's account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Adding or resetting a password requires the applicable verification steps; resetting a password invalidates previous sessions. You remain responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
Only add websites you own or are authorised to monitor. Domain verification is evidence of control for the service; it is not a transfer of domain ownership or permission to access private systems. You must keep permission current, including when acting for clients. Do not submit credentials, private network addresses, confidential URLs or URLs containing personal access tokens.
Workspace permissions determine who can manage monitors, reports, billing and settings. You are responsible for invitations and for reviewing access when a colleague or client leaves. Do not attempt to bypass verification, access controls, quotas, crawl restrictions or network protections.
IndexHaven fetches permitted website resources and records observed signals such as HTTP responses, crawler directives, titles, headings, canonical declarations, sitemap responses and certificate information. Checks respect the service's crawl and network restrictions. Standard scans inspect server HTML and do not render JavaScript.
Results describe a point in time. A successful scan does not establish search indexing, rankings, uninterrupted availability or the absence of all defects. Some changes need repeated confirmation before an incident or recovery is recorded. An approved baseline represents your expected state; approving it does not fix the underlying website. You are responsible for evaluating findings and implementing changes.
Email delivery, scan scheduling and third-party services may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on IndexHaven as the sole safeguard for safety-critical systems, emergency response or obligations requiring guaranteed continuous monitoring.
The Free plan permits one workspace/website and up to five monitored URLs. It includes five total checks per UTC calendar month, including scheduled and manual checks and attempted checks that fail. Weekly scheduling does not override that monthly allowance. Verified Free website identity is restricted against replacement. Once the monthly allowance is used, checks wait until the next month unless an eligible upgrade is activated.
Solo permits up to three workspaces/websites and 50 monitored URLs, with daily scheduling. Growth permits up to ten workspaces/websites and 200 monitored URLs, with daily scheduling. Limits apply across the account's owned workspaces, rather than renewing separately for every workspace. Paused URLs still count while retained. Paid users may replace items within their allowance, subject to verification and applicable billing restrictions.
Unlimited Lifetime is a one-time purchase with maximum allowances of 100 workspaces/websites and 1,000 monitored URLs, with daily scheduling. The word Unlimited is subject to these stated caps. Lifetime refers to access for the operating lifetime of this service and plan, not a promise that the service will exist forever. We will communicate material changes; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Published prices are US$5.99 per month for Solo, US$19.99 per month for Growth and US$99 once for Unlimited Lifetime. The Free plan has no subscription charge. Review the price, currency, taxes, billing period and total shown at checkout before authorising payment. Stripe processes checkout and billing; IndexHaven does not store your full payment-card number.
Monthly subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Use the billing controls available in your account or contact support for help. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; the billing portal displays the effective date and remaining access. A lifetime purchase has no recurring monthly renewal. Failed payments, refunds, disputes or an expired subscription may change entitlements.
Contact contact@codeupp.xyz with your invoice reference for billing errors or refund requests. Eligibility depends on the transaction and applicable law; we do not exclude mandatory refund, withdrawal or consumer rights. Account deletion or removing a workspace is not a substitute for checking that an active subscription has been cancelled. Do not send card details by email.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, overload websites, send unsolicited messages or probe systems without permission. Do not submit harmful content or attempt to discover other customers' data. Automated use must respect available interfaces, quotas and restrictions.
We may rate-limit, defer or suspend activity to protect customers, monitored websites and the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and a route to resolve it. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice.
You retain your rights in content and configuration you supply. You permit us to process that information as needed to operate monitoring, generate requested reports, provide support and protect the service. You must have permission to supply and share information relating to clients or third parties.
A report or shared link can expose monitoring information to its recipients. Check its content and intended audience before distributing it, and use available revocation controls when access is no longer needed. IndexHaven branding and software remain the property of their respective owners; third-party materials remain subject to their own rights.
We may improve or change features and will communicate material changes to paid access or these terms through appropriate service channels. The current terms display an effective date. If a material change requires new agreement, we will seek it as applicable. Changes do not remove rights already granted by mandatory law.
You can stop using the service and request account closure by contacting support. Export information you need before removing monitors or workspaces: deletion can permanently remove associated scans, baselines and incidents. Access to older history depends on your plan and retention policies. Backups and records needed for legal, billing or security purposes may remain for a limited period after active data is removed.
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise that every scan, alert or recommendation will be complete, timely or error-free. Verify significant findings independently before making changes to production systems. Third-party outages and website changes outside our control can affect results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost rankings, traffic, opportunities or profits arising from reliance on a monitoring result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. We do not ask you to waive mandatory rights.
Please contact contact@codeupp.xyz with a clear description of a concern, the relevant account email and any invoice reference. Do not include passwords, tokens or sensitive payment information. We will seek to resolve service and billing concerns reasonably.
Applicable mandatory law and the courts or complaint bodies available under that law remain available to you. Nothing in these terms restricts your non-waivable rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
Read our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and security information.
